State institute of Russian of A.S. Pushkin (1C: Budget Institution Accounting 8)

The expert center on work with educational institutions of 1C: Accounting and Trade company (BIT) completed implementation of the 1C: Budget Institution Accounting 8 program in FSBEI of a Higher Professional Education "State institute of Russian of A.S. Pushkin". Using a system accounting by the new legislation, control of use of money, settlings with students under agreements on accommodation in the hostel and control of debts is automated.

By FSBEI of a Higher Professional Education "State institute of Russian of A.S. Pushkin" (earlier Scientific and methodical center of Russian at Lomonosov Moscow State University) it is founded in 1966. The institute is engaged in teaching Russian, preparation and advanced training of teachers of Russian as foreign, training in Russian of listeners foreigners, research work, writing and the edition of manuals, dictionaries, tests. In 1999 at institute the philological faculty was open for the Russian students.

Accounting of institute successfully uses programs of the 1C: Enterprise system since 2007. In 2011 there were cardinal changes of the legislation for public institutions, it was required to pass to the 1C: Budget Institution Accounting 8 program in which the new chart of accounts and a technique of accounting according to the current legislation is implemented quickly.

Transition was charged to Expert center on work with educational institutions of BIT company with which the university cooperates since 2007. Specialists of BIT executed transfer in 1C: Budget Institution Accounting 8 of information accumulated earlier proceeding from new accounting rules, provided user training. Transition to the new program took two weeks.

Based on 1C: Budget Institution Accounting 8 the following tasks are automated:

• accounting more than 7500 fixed asset objects and 10000 nomenclature positions of material stocks;
• accounting of settlings with advance holders, including in currency (for example, at overseas business trips);
• settlings with students on payment of services of the hostel;
• the expense accounting on the selected grants;
• operations on bank and cash desk;
• accounting of the VAT;
• accounting of authorization of expenses;
• formation of the regulated reporting according to the relevant Russian legislation.

In a project deliverable the automated accounting and reporting in full accordance with the legislation of 2011, control of a funds expenditure and not exceeding of limits of budget commitments is provided. Account of the target funds allocated on grants is kept. FSBEI of a Higher Professional Education "State institute of Russian of A.S. Pushkin" is conducted by active cooperation with many foreign organizations and educational institutions, the most part of pupils of university – foreign trainees, graduate students, undergraduates. With respect thereto the structure living in the hostel (in total about 1000 people) often changes, it is important to provide faultless accounting of payment of accommodation and the additional services provided by the hostel: use of the television antenna, washing, accommodation of guests, phone, TV, Internet access, etc.

In the 1C: Budget Institution Accounting 8 program control of payment of services of the hostel by pupils and also the guests living with them is implemented. Accounting obtains on everyone living data on the period for which the payment, and current debts is entered that helps to provide timely payment of the hostel and related services in a few minutes.
