The company [Sinercom], the developer of the known online service [On-CRM.ru], completed the work on creation of a system of loading of the ships and formation of related documents for the company Glogos.

The developed product allows to automate and to significantly accelerate process of loading of goods on vessels with any form and volume of holds. There are no analogs this product in Russia. Competitors too. The principle of system operation is extremely simple: the broker creates containers of the necessary dimensions, selects the type of vessel, fills holds and receives the ready plan of loading for team of loaders. Let's consider in more detail each of steps.

Creation of a load and choice of the vessel.

The broker sets load type, specifies its dimensions, weight, pressure, a form, type of packaging and quantity of a load. By the way, it is possible to import these data from Excel. When the load is created, it is necessary to select the type of vessel from the list or to add it manually, having specified all necessary parameters (a register class, length, width, draft, etc., of only 13 parameters).

Loading process.

When the broker selected the vessel and prepared a load, process of "loading" begins: all necessary containers it is necessary to locate in a hold. On the screen the scaled circuit of holds of the selected vessel which can be brought closer, distanced and rotated is displayed. For placement of a load in a hold it is enough to drag its image on the right place. Of course, if the container crosses border of a hold or other container, a system will notify you on it. This function accelerated process of formation of the plan not less than by 10 times, earlier brokers drew holds and loads in Excel, "approximately". As they managed it - it is known to them one.

Formation of documentation.

After all "containers" are placed, the client receives all documentation on loading of all holds and the specification of loads in the PDF format. By the way, documentation on loading can be created at any stage, irrespective of degree of load of holds, and then to supplement.

The developed system can be considered as "launch pad" for development of a global system of interaction of brokers. In a system the uniform base (library) of the ships and since the number of courts in the world is limited, all brokers of the world will be able to use this library can be created. If to integrate in this system of brokers in different ports, it is possible to create internal network for cooperation. Based on this network services – the information platforms helping clients to select the broker, to issue the order and to trace the load can be created. The same system can be adapted for loading airplanes, cars and automobile containers, and further - for warehouses of different configurations. Fortunately, process of automation is still far from the limit so there will be enough scope both for programmers, and for investors, and for visionaries.
