End-to-end system of security of business center

Project Description

The Arkan company, the federal operator of services of security, successfully completed the works on implementation of an end-to-end system of security in business center of Silmar SPb company (St. Petersburg). Within project implementation on the area over 1500 sq.m specialists of Arkan company performed installation, installation and a commissioning of the equipment necessary for security and control of a situation on an object.

The end-to-end system of security installed in business center includes: alarm system (OS), video surveillance system, access control control system (ACCS).

Project Tasks

The video surveillance system consists of 19 cameras intended for observation of a situation both in the building and on external perimeter. All video cameras installed on an object allow to keep record and also to perform observation, as in day, and at night day. Outdoor cameras are supplied with turning gears that allows to control all potentially dangerous zones. Cameras are connected to the video recorder as which in addition to display of a video information and monitoring of an operational situation preserving and archiving of the arriving information enters.

The control and management system for access allows to control movement of personnel and visitors of business center, to differentiate zones of the authorized stay, to enter information on users in the database and to set validity periods of admissions, far off to put and remove certain zones and objects from protection. The specialized software gives an opportunity to provide remote access to archives of a system with a possibility of report generation by the set parameters, to distribute employees on structure of the enterprise, to identify personnel and visitors of an object according to photos from the database of a system and also to analyze and control also a time recording of employees. The input in business center is equipped with the video on-door speakerphone with the remotely-controlled electromagnetic lock by means of which an opportunity to see the visitor is provided and to inquire about the purpose of his visit to an input to the premises.

The end-to-end system implemented in business center of Silmar SPb company has high degree of reliability and broad functionality, allows to exercise the round-the-clock status monitoring of an object, to manage workflows, to ensure safety of employees and visitors of business center and also safety of material values.
