DIGI is a packing equipment

Moscow, on June 30, 2009. The new solution developed especially for the enterprises occupied in the field of poultry farming and processing of fowl includes: packers-etiketirovshchiki in a stretch-film of DIGI, Anritsu products quality control system and also the equipment for molding and packaging of products in a box and a winding a pallet. At the same time the complex provides packaging of different types of products and can be applied on poultry farms and processing enterprises of any scale.

Transition to modern technologies and methods of packaging is one of the major steady trends in the market of the domestic food industry. The matter is that the high-quality packaging executed on the automated equipment allows to prolong significantly storage lives of products, to improve their trade dress, to reduce losses from violation of storage conditions and transportation, to repeatedly increase performance of packaging section. Bol of that, the correct packaging and marking of products is a necessary condition of "input" in retail retail chain stores. The compact line consisting of the metaldetector Anritsu of the packer of AW-4600 CPR with the automatic input pipeline IWC and the final GP-4000 printer fully conforms to these requirements. It makes automatic pipeline control of products, its packaging and marking. At the same time on each unit of production the label containing all necessary information on a product is pasted. On the final GP-4000 printer there is printing of the unique label on a box to the logistic barcode of EAN-128, providing a possibility of inclusion of the line in the automatic accounting system of the enterprise. At the same time each box has the unique identification number that gives the chance of creation of the systems of address storage and shipment of products, transparency of the movement of materialopotok. Formation of boxes and a pallet happens to products directly on section of creation of accounting units.

This solution is easily scaled for satisfaction of requirements of productions of the different sizes.

The new solution on packaging which Service Plus brings to the market today is easily built in already available production process and integrated with an enterprise information system. It gives the chance more accurately to control volumes and cost value of products and to manage quickly packaging process at the minimum manual work costs.
