The NPO RIK-Sistemy company developed the innovation dispatching system for networks of a professional radio communication of the TETRA standard.
The dispatching system of NPO RIK-Sistemy for TETRA networks is intended for creation of the centers of operational management. Functionality of a dispatching system provides a voice communication of subscribers of TETRA in the mode of group communication, individual duplex and half-duplex calls and also a voice communication with telephone subscribers. A system allows to accept and transfer messages, to create dynamic groups and to manage them.
In a dispatching system monitoring of location of subscribers of TETRA using domestic technology of satellite positioning of GLONASS is performed.
Information on subscribers, managers, calls and events and also monitoring information is on a centralized basis stored on a communication server which is integrated with the centers of operational management and with a switching equipment of infrastructure of TETRA network. A dispatching system was developed for the benefit of the strategic partner of NPO RIK Sistemy of Tetrasvyaz group.
