JSB FINPROMBANK (JSC) and BSC company signed the agreement on technical maintenance of the BOSS-PERSONNEL OFFICER HRM system. The agreement provides expanded maintenance of both standard, and additional functionality the BOSS-personnel officer.

JSB FINPROMBANK (JSC), created in 1992, represents the modern, hi-tech, dynamically developing bank taking an active position in all spheres of financial services today. For this purpose the bank locates the complex bank infrastructure meeting all modern requirements.

The management of bank forms the foreign policy so that to provide the clients with high-quality bank service. Concerning domestic policy of the enterprise the management solves problems of centralized operation by human resources using the modern BOSS-PERSONNEL OFFICER HRM system.

JSB FINPROMBANK (JSC) uses the BOSS-PERSONNEL OFFICER HRM system for conducting personnel records and payroll since 2008. For more effective use of systems capabilities the BOSS-personnel officer and her development, in September, 2011 the management of bank made the decision on transfer of function of technical support on outsourcing.

"During tender three companies integrators were considered: OMEGA PLUS, GMCS and BSC. The main criteria when choosing the partner were experience on maintenance of the information system BOSS-PERSONNEL OFFICER and the cost of technical support. As a result as the partner in technical maintenance of the BOSS-PERSONNEL OFFICER system a choice was made for benefit of BSC company", - Mitrofanov Victor Sergeyevich, the director of the department of Information Technologies says.

At the moment specialists of BSC resolve first-priority issues of operation of a system:

  • The technical analysis of installation the BOSS-personnel officer is carried out (compliance of a system environment and infrastructure to technical requirements the BOSS-personnel officer, a configuration of settings, existence of additional functionality (customization) and non-standard objects, problems and questions of business users on use of a personnel management system);
  • The revealed errors are eliminated;
  • New reports are developed;
  • "Thin" additional tuning of a system is executed and the priority additional functionality the BOSS-personnel officer is developed (regarding Additional vacations, Orders and Agreements, the Analyst).

Based on the successful carried-out tasks of BSC company and JSB FINPROMBANK (JSC) plan will continue cooperation and in 2012.
