Single automated system of scheduling and commercial accounting of utility resources of Saransk

Private pension fund specialists "CIRCLE" complete the first stage of implementation of "A single automated system of scheduling and commercial accounting of utility resources in apartment houses in the territory of the urban district Saransk" on the basis of the integrated automated system of Energogorod®. System implementation was begun in December, 2010. For December 1, 2011 more than 600 apartment houses and more than 32,300 metering devices are connected to a system.

In Saransk based on the Central dispatcher station the project presentation was held. Were present at the presentation: the head of administration of Saransk Sushkov V.F., the director of the department of municipal economy Golyanin A.A., directors of the MISINFORMATION of housing and public utilities of urban areas – Pirogov V.S., Makeev A.M., Romanov N.M., the chairman of the board of directors Egorov I.V. and CEO Irlyanov I.D. Saransk instrument-making plant, director of the Mordovian branch "Rostelecom" Wolfson I.A., director of the Saransk settlement center Konovalov V.V., management of Energogorod LLC. The system developer of Energogorod® – KRUG company – was represented by the CEO Shekhtman M.B. and the advisor to director general Shalimov A.V.

In real time operators of the Central dispatcher station showed systems capabilities, including control of consumption and quality of the electric power, thermal energy and water of specific objects of housing and public utilities and monitoring of preemergency situations.

The set and newly created metering stations of consumption of energy resources in apartment apartment houses of Saransk are automated. A system covers as devices of house accounting (metering devices of the electric power, thermal energy, a hot and cold water), and devices of apartment accounting (counters of the electric power, hot and cold water). 2,360 apartment houses serviced by 39 management companies will be connected to a system.

Complete project implementation will allow to create a city common information space, the legal framework of the relations between suppliers and consumers of energy resources, to reduce losses of energy resources and to reduce budget expenses of their payment.

Saransk is the first city in the Russian Federation where the Uniform center of accounting, monitoring and analysis of all types of energy resources on the scale of the city is created.

The capital of Mordovia became the platform for approbation of new model and the mechanism of relationship between consumers and suppliers of energy resources and developments of recommendations in the field of management of consumption at the municipal level.
