Under the public contract with Federal Space Agency of JSC Rossiyskiye kosmicheskiye sistemy creations of an automated system of monitoring of transportations of dangerous and valuable loads (ASM of transportations of OG/TsG) of Roskosmos implement the project. Within the project the M2M Telematics group implements solution GLONASS during creation of subsystems of monitoring of transportations of OG/TsG by the motor transport at leading enterprises of RCP: Federal State Unitary Enterprise GNP Payment Processing Centre TsSKB-Progress (Samara), JSC RSC Energia of S.P. Korolyov, (Korolyev of the Moscow region), Federal State Unitary Enterprise State Research and Production Space Center of M.V. Khrunichev (Moscow) and others and also at Baikonur Cosmodrome.

Safety of automobile transportations in all territory of Russia and the CIS countries is provided with equipment of motor transport of the enterprises GLONASS equipment which is a part of the hardware and software system developed by specialists of M2M Telematics company (М2М-РЕГИОН® Dangerous Loads complex).

The solutions applied in ASM of transportations of OG/TsG of Roskosmos and in the М2М-РЕГИОН® Dangerous Loads complex are developed for the purpose of security of loads and people, increase in efficiency of control of observance of rules of transportations of dangerous loads, centralization of managerial functions, improvement of an ecological situation, increase in efficiency of actions by services of the emergency reaction in case of occurrence of extreme situations, to expense reduction on elimination of effects of emergency situations and many other things.

Implementation of modern navigation and information systems on the basis of GLONASS corresponds to the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of 8/25/2008 No. 641 "About equipment of transport, technical means and systems the equipment of satellite navigation of GLONASS or GLONASS/GPS" and to other regulations defining that for the purpose of ensuring national security, carrying out independent policy in the field of satellite navigation, increase in effective management of traffic, the security level of transportations by the equipment of satellite navigation are subject to equipment any vehicles.
