The IBS company created the Single system of e-mail of the Supreme Arbitration Court of the Russian Federation (Supreme Court of Arbitration of the Russian Federation). For 14000 employees of Arbitration courts based on the modern Microsoft Exchange 2010 platform the services of e-mail and means of collective work are deployed.

Providing judges and workers of offices of arbitration courts of all instances with opportunities of exchange of office electronic messages and electronic documents (including opportunities of remote access) and also providing standard means to them collective works (the uniform address directory, calendars, task schedulers, contact lists) became a main objective of the project.

In addition to upgrade of a program part of the Single System of E-mail (SSEM) computing infrastructure, subsystems of storage and reservation of data with a capacity of 230 Tb and also necessary means of ensuring of filtering of mail traffic, information security and data protection were unrolled. That users could use possibilities of the electronic digital signature, the corresponding infrastructure of public keys (PKI) in which creation took active part of Demos Company LLC is provided in a system.

During the project the ESEP working model was created previously, testing of all subsystems is held, inspections on compatibility and overload tests are carried out. Then on the basis of the model deployment of the main solution where data migration is executed of a former mail system is performed. Having passed a stage of trial operation, a system was in full put into commercial operation. ESEP is expected work of 14000 users with possible increase in number of users up to 20000 in case of need.

IBS provided training of IT specialists of the Supreme Court of Arbitration of the Russian Federation in work with ESEP. For support of system administrators and rendering consultation is organized by it the round-the-clock technical support in the mode of "hot line" and by e-mail. According to terms of the contract IBS will perform technical support of a system and warranty service of its components within 3 years.
