The Moscow Department of Information Technology summed up the auction results on transfer to an electronic form of archive funds of executive authorities of the capital. The contract for work on creation and loading of an information resource is signed with ELAR Ltd.
ELAR corporation will provide information filling of subsystems of electronic archive of the Main Archive Directorate of Moscow and electronic archive of Department of land resources of the city due to digitization more than 4 million pages existing in the form of archive documents and cards.
Transition to work with electronic copies of documents will allow the government of the capital not only to increase efficiency of providing public services in electronic form, but also guarantees safety of originals of archive documents.
The complex of events is held within development of the Single system of electronic archives of documents of the Government (ESEA) of Moscow.
