Dispatching Online is founded in 2005 in the city of Angarsk. The main activity - services of the city taxi. At the end of 2011 in service successfully there took place product introduction of Infinity TAXI, development of the Russian company "Weathervane Sale".
According to Vladimir Matyushov, the specialist in automation of Dispatching Online, initially the organization used the little-known Ukrainian program which though did not satisfy all requirements for work, but carried out certain tasks. Creation of own product based on the platform "1C was the next step on the way to automation of business: Enterprise". Rather long time is the solution in general arranged company management, however, in connection with active market development of commercial automation systems of taxi services, before the founder of the organization there was a question of transition to the new modern solution.
"In general, we wanted to increase quality of service and the rendered services, to increase the speed of the processed requests and also to exclude as far as it, of course, is possible, a human factor in a sheaf the manager darling the driver, - Sergej Gorbachev tells. - The decision was made on the basis of responses on the Internet as in our region similar products were not, simply looked for in network. Key features of a system to which we drew the closest attention were: The SMS notification of passengers, Java application for drivers, automatic dialing to clients and a possibility of use of the IP telephony. So all that was not enough for us in our own program based on 1C. For us an opportunity to try the selected product in work was not less important and only on the basis of the test period to make the decision on acquisition. The Weathervane Sale company and its Infinity TAXI program completely satisfied us at all points".
As Vladimir Matyushov, despite emergence of a number of problems in the course of implementation notes: a five-time difference in time between Angarsk and Moscow, integration with payment system at which own exchange protocols were used by information as a result all of them were solved by common efforts of specialists of Dispatching Online and Weathervane Sale.
At the moment most often in service possibilities of Java module are used – drivers select to what request to them to go that minimizes operation of the manager, and a possibility of the automatic notification of the client at acceptance of the request and giving of the machine. Thus, the operator does not spend time for routine transactions and can take more orders. And using the SMS module a system automatically tells the client trip cost, calculating it proceeding from the set price zones.
According to Dispatching Online, as a result of Infinity TAXI implementation the number of the serviced orders in day grew since 1000 to 1400 that is good result, the company already worked before at own automated solution.
Next year the company is going to increase considerably the number of the processed orders and also to embroider a zone of work of dispatching office on other cities. "Already now we accept requests not only from Angarsk, but also from the city of Usolye-Sibirskoye. As soon as we feel more confidently in this city, we want to try the hand in Irkutsk", - Vladimir Matyushov shares.
