"Lasso" implemented the system of GLONASS monitoring for the benefit of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in Kostomuksha

Arkan company, the federal operator of services of security and monitoring, Kostomukshsky (Republic of Karelia) announces implementation of an automated system of monitoring of moving objects based on technology of satellite positioning of GLONASS for the benefit of Intermunicipal department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation.

The GLONASS monitoring of moving objects implemented within project implementation "The safe city" allows to control movements of patrol cars in real time. All navigation information on location, speed, the direction of the movement of vehicles is transferred to the dispatching center of the city Ministry of Internal Affairs and displayed on the electronic local map. The person on duty performing monitoring can direct mobile crew, free and closest to the scene, that will provide efficiency of response to an alarm and timely prevention of illegal acts.

Are composition of monitoring navigation and coherent the module accepting signals of domestic satellite GLONASS system, the automated workplace of the manager, a specialized software. Data transmission is performed on channels of cellular communication of GSM using GPRS technology.

In addition to control of movements the onboard set gives an opportunity to an operative voice communication with the manager. All sets are equipped with disturbing buttons.

The dispatching center Ministry of Internal Affairs Kostomukshi is integrated with a monitoring system of moving objects of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the Republic of Karelia. Thus, the centralized control of movements of mobile crews and process automation of management of geographically distributed forces and means of law enforcement agencies on the scale of the region is exercised.

The start of work of the dispatching center of a monitoring system of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Kostomuksha took place within the grand opening of a new complex of buildings of MO Ministry of Internal Affairs "Kostomukshsky" at which there was a Minister of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation general Rashid Nurgaliyev.
