1C: Process production. Chemistry

Basic innovation of the solution "1C: Process production. The chemistry", for the first time provided to users in 2012, is universal model of production planning which allows to consider technology features of the chemical, overworking, food industry and other industries with continuous type of production. Until recently these needs for automation were closed only by expensive and difficult products of mainly western development, and the functionality now given is implemented on the widespread platform "1C:Enterprise 8".

Product "Process production. Chemistry. Edition 1.3" it is intended for business process automation of accounting and management on industrial enterprises with production of process type.

Main functionality of the program:

1. Management subsystem stocks:

• Accounting in additional unit of measure;
• Conducting mesh, zone accounting of goods in warehouses;
• Control of placement of Inventories in cells by parameters of restrictions for weight, volume, requirements to storage conditions;

2. Additional parameters of logistics:

• Storage of chemical composition of batches of Inventories;
• Notifications about events of change of properties of batches of Inventories;

3. Subsystem of production planning:

• Additional opportunities when forming the main schedule, taking into account features of process production, including production by request, taking into account specific customer requirements;
• In the procedure of formation of the schedule of production - accounting of features of process production, including modeling of parameters of work centers, restrictions for the directions of production flows, optimization of readjustments, route technical processes with step-by-step processing, the variable power of flows, multiple exits of processes;
• Formation of planned daily tasks for divisions and work centers on the basis of the created diagram of production and accounting of specifics of process production.

The configuration is not independent, it is necessary to have the set Management of Manufacturing Enterprise configuration of edition 1.3 and the 1C: Enterprise 8.2 platform for its work.

The software product is protected and has the code fragments which are not subject to change by the user, has hardware protection against unauthorized use.
