The 1C: Accounting and Trade company (BIT) completed the project of complex automation of the Fleksoznak Ltd enterprise using the 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8 program. 50 jobs are automated. A new system allowed to organize operational inventory control and purchase planning of materials. As a result process of approval of customer orders takes several minutes instead of 1-2 hours, and duration of idle times on production was reduced by 25%. The management of the enterprise notes that program capabilities helped to achieve decrease in total amount of costs for 3-4%.

Fleksoznak Ltd is the multi-profile industrial printing house founded in 2000 which by this moment is one of the largest suppliers of polygraphic B2B of products in Russia and also in the CIS countries and Europe. The company makes packaging, a container, scratch cards, inserts, plastic cards, labels, paper glasses and also the personalized products under the order. Besides, the enterprise is engaged in creation of the polygraphic products "from scratch", including development of design and the prototype design, material selection and technologies of printing. Among clients – such companies as MegaFon, UniCredit, "Trust", Sviaz-Bank, "The integrated confectioners", VimpelCom, "Safran Morpho", "Kraft" and many others. Also the company is a supplier for the enterprises "British American Tobacco Co.", the countries located in tens worldwide.

Earlier regulated accounting in the company was kept using separate information systems, and production accounting was not automated. Budgeting, purchase planning and operational accounting were conducted using spreadsheets and paper documents. At the end of each reporting period it was necessary to carry out reconciliation of these spreadsheets and paper documents with data of the program for accounting. Constantly there were discrepancies between actual and credentials. Reconciliation and comparison of information occupied a large number of time because of what there were difficulties by preparation and delivery of accounting and tax statements. The actual cost of products formed with delay for 1.5-2 months. Because there was no possibility of operational tracking of the movement of materials in a warehouse, it was difficult to plan supplier orders, there were long idle times on production.

To cope with the existing problems, the company management made the decision on implementation of a new information system which would allow to organize conducting production, operational, inventory and regulated accounting in one program.

For creation of such system the solution "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8" was selected. The 1C: Accounting and Trade company (BIT) having successful experiment on automation of the polygraphic enterprises became the partner in implementation.

As a result of implementation all main business processes of the company are completely automated. Data quickly are reflected in the program thanks to what the management has up-to-date information on the current activity of the company at any moment. Time spent for reconciliation, calculation and closing of the periods in accounting was twice reduced, the number of the errors connected with a human factor is minimized, and all required reporting is given in time.

Remaining balance of materials is reflected in warehouses in a system in real time that allowed to increase the processing speed of the entering customer orders considerably. Earlier this process took 1-2 hours as data had to be requested from the warehouse manager by phone. Now on approval of orders the couple of minutes which are required for report generation on a remaining balance leaves all.

The schedule system of purchases helped to provide uninterrupted intake of materials thanks to what all projects are put in production timely. As a result duration of idle times because of the shortage of materials decreased by 25%.

The mechanisms of cost management implemented in the program allowed to strengthen control of expenditure of resources of the company. Accuracy of the information and efficiency of data acquisition raised. As a result volumes of costs are reduced by 3-4%.

Using the program the payment schedule is quickly formed and supported in current status thanks to what risks of emergence of cash gaps are reduced, the accuracy of production planning and loading of capacities increased.
