Fox Manager

The Fox Manager program – allows to create and in details to analyze an organization structure of the enterprise, to construct process model, to distribute responsibility among personnel for functions and business processes. The program also contains the built-in system of documentation which allows to keep account of audits and to control terms of review of documents.

Programs of the Fox Manager series have support of the Russian, English and Ukrainian languages, the built-in check of spelling and also contain Russian-speaking text templates to the majority of standard positions and divisions.

At the moment time more 400th company of Russia, Ukraine and the neighboring countries use the system of business simulation Fox Manager.

Fox Manager 1.5

In December, 2011 the company Fox Manager submitted the new version of the system of business simulation of Fox Manager 1.5 and also announced a release of version 1.6 in 2012. The software product allows to construct an organization structure of the enterprise, to simulate business processes and also to automatically create job descriptions, regulations on division, regulations of processes, the staff list and other documents.

By means of the program the company management will be able to regulate activity of the employees, to implement process approach to management, to find "bottlenecks" in work of personnel, to carry out the analysis of the processes and organizational structure and also to calculate and optimize time and costs for accomplishment of business processes.

In free updating 1.5 users received functionality on control of keyword parameters in business processes and also the improved user interface and the increased speed of operation of application. Besides the feature for accounting of audits and automatic change tracking in the generated job descriptions was added.

By means of the new module the company management will be able to control indicators on the set schedule, to keep account of risks, to receive due notices and reports. For each parameter it is possible to set tolerable limits of values, to specify a priority, to appoint responsible for control and filling of data.

In version 1.6 which is planned to an exit in March, 2012, the following functionality will be added:

• Key indicators of KPI (with a binding to the salary of employees);
• Accomplishment and control of processes in real time;
