Optima Group continues rendering services of support of IT infrastructure of SK "Zurich"

Optima Group is selected from quality of the service partner of Zurich Insurance company. According to conditions of the outsourcing agreement, within at least next three years specialists of Optima Group will provide smooth functioning and effective service of hundreds of jobs and tens of units of a printing equipment of head office and regional divisions of SK "Zurich". Before service was performed by own IT resources of SK "Zurich".

"We already begin pilot phase of the project during which in four regions we work technologies of interaction with Optima Group, - Olga Kovalyova, the Head of Department of purchases of SK Tsyurikh LLC reported. – And since February of the current year IT infrastructure of all regional representative offices (more than 45 branches and more than 100 offices) will be transferred to outsourcing service to Optima Group".

The scale of the project is estimated approximately at 1000 jobs and over 550 units of computer peripherals. Their service will be provided in the mode of 5 days in a week, 8 hours a day - through uniform service of order taking of SK Tsyurikh LLC from where requests will be redirected to directly technical specialists of the service partner.

"Project implementation will allow to centralize process of support and, as a result, to achieve noticeable decrease in its cost for the customer, at increase in efficiency of service maintenance", - noted Oak Vladimir, the vice president of Optima Group.

According to Mr. Dubovy, in the closest plans of the company – participation in other technology projects of SK "Zurich" which will also be carried out through competitive procedures.

Project Development

On April 10, 2014 the Optima Group announced the beginning of the second stage of service of IT infrastructure of SK "Zurich".

The company contractor announced signing of the new contract with insurance company SK Tsyurikh LLC for rendering services in the field of IT outsourcing.

The signed contract gives start to a new stage of cooperation between two companies which began in 2011. The new stage will last two years. Support of IT infrastructure is performed by Optima Services – the center of examination of the Optima Group on IT outsourcing locating own branches in dozens of the cities of Russia.

By the beginning of 2012 specialists of Optima Services completed pilot phase of the project during which adjusted uninterrupted service the first stage of the automated jobs and units of a printing equipment both at head office, and in regional divisions of the customer. Then the second queue of the equipment and the automated jobs is transferred to service of Optima Services.

According to the new contract, Optima Services it is necessary to support the automated jobs of SK "Zurich", peripheral equipment and the office equipment, an electronic queue and SCS and also services of printing. The distinctive feature of the project - the organization of pokopiyny printing at which the cost of support of the printing equipment is provided in a payment type for one sheet and includes expenses on all supplies and spare parts, necessary for rendering service.

Amount of the forthcoming activity: 200 sales points and 4.5 thousand agents in more than 150 localities of Russia.
