The large-scale integrated circuit implemented the QBIS system in "The national settlement company"

The Banking Information Systems (BIS) company announced expansion of number of the clients by means of attraction to cooperation of non-bank institutions. So, recently the company signed the sales agreement of the license to use of the QBIS system with NPO "National settlement company".

Let's note that the product family of QBIS is intended for complex and comprehensive work with the client of credit institution, support of a full range of the existing banking products and business processes, easy development and a fast output to the market of new banking products. Products of family can act as as the complete solution for bank of any scale, and a technology core or a set of the separate functional products interacting with products of third-party producers, says the large-scale integrated circuit.

NPO (non-bank credit organization) — rather common organizational form. Such structures, according to the legislation, have the right to perform the separate banking activities set to the Central Bank of the Russian Federation and, at the same time, activity has them a number of restrictions (for example, opening of accounts of individuals is forbidden). Conducting calculations between legal entities (and in practice it is the main specialization of NPO) requires a modern, qualitative, debugged information system, as does cooperation of large-scale integrated circuit company with non-bank credit organizations perspective, emphasized in the large-scale integrated circuit.

According to the agreement, the NPO of NRK obtained the license to use of the QBIS system. Specialists of the large-scale integrated circuit already installed a system, and it successfully works. It is remarkable that the NPO of NRK is already the second non-bank credit organization specializing in settlement transactions which became the client of Banking Information Systems company lately.
