Yota automated work of treasury using "BITS: Management accounting 8"

Company "1C: And Trade — St. Petersburg" announced accounting a successful completion of the project on process automation of management of financial flows and treasuries in the Russian WiMAX-operator Yota. The project is implemented using the author's solution BITS — "BIT: Management accounting 8".

Before product introduction "BIT: Managerial accounting 8" in the companies of the customer the majority standard, but labor-consuming treasurer transactions was carried out manually. The similar situation ceased suit company management which prompt growth rates required the serious multifunction tool for management of cash flows, says BIT.

Thus, in Yota there was a need for creation of a single system of control automation by financial flows, treasury and control of execution of payments which absence significantly complicated process management of treasury. With implementation of a new information system the company management was going to lower labor costs and to increase efficiency of service of treasury, to increase the speed of passing of payments and to arrange their structure.

After the analysis of the software solutions existing in the market a choice was made for benefit of a product "BIT: Management accounting 8" as this product, on a response of the customer, has necessary functionality and provides the solution of assigned tasks, is convenient in mastering and use.

Implementation of the software solution was carried out by the staff of IT service of the customer jointly with specialists of the St. Petersburg division of developer company of BIT. Within three months specialists of a working team performed all complex of works on installation and setup of the software product and also conducted a training course for users.

Vladimir Kondakov, the project manager from BIT, told: "Within the project work of treasury, including control of execution of budget limits is automated. Integration with the corporate systems existing into the companies is carried out. Now approval of requests for expenditure of means is automatic, using a new system and the system of corporate document flow existing in the company. Mechanisms of informing initiators and the payment of accounts interested about the statuses are implemented. Thus, a common information space for management of treasurer transactions of the customer is organized".

In general, according to BIT, as a result of project implementation in Yota company: several times the efficiency of divisions of treasury increased — due to automation of daily tasks time for carrying out payments decreased, and availability and data transparency provides the timely solution of the current questions; it was succeeded to reduce risks of exceeding of budget limits; the management and the staff of Yota received the tool for reliable control of cash flows of all company — a new system reflects data of any payments and each transaction of treasury.
