Ampere AVM QlikView

Project Steps: Application programming Production analysis (unique opportunities of the QlikView system allowed to execute completely this part of the project in only 5 days with involvement of the only consultant of RBC Group). a 4-day training in RBC Group training center for IT specialists of Amper company allowing them to accompany and develop independently further the system of a business intelligence.

Project Effect: The implemented application almost completely covers all range of information necessary for control of course of production in the companies and ensuring fast decision making for the adjusting influences. Users of QlikView in "Ampere's AVM" can instantly assess a situation by production sites and workshops, projects, orders, products and their groups, process flows in any selected period. Today in a system about 20,000 orders and about 200,000 transactions in production are traced. Adaptation of the practices which are already available in RBC Group on production analysis to specifics of production "to order" was the main feature of application programming. Powerful functionality of QlikView allowed to use a broad set of analytical tools in the form of different indicators, histograms, charts, including the charts Ganta, and tables including evident display of a deviation of indicators by means of color markers. The first result was received from implementation almost immediately: the application lowered load of the ERP systems server, at the same time the needs of the QlikView-solution for the hardware made less than 1 GB of RAM on the server platform.
