The project of I-Teco in Tbinform company came to the end with certification of BSI on compliance of ISO/IEC 20000:1-2005

On January 12, 2012 the Tbinform company and I-Teco announced a successful completion of the project on reduction of the management system for IT services (MSIS) in compliance with requirements of the international standard ISO/IEC 20000:1-2005.

On December 28, 2011 Tbinform LLC issued the certificate of conformity behind number ITMS 580703. Certification audit was booked by the international body on certification – BSI MS CIS company.

Tbinform in the activity uses the best practices of management of IT services for a long time. So, on the basis of the recommendations of ITIL Library in 2007 it is created and the corporate system of IT management is operated, and the first interest in approaches of the international standard ISO/IEC 20000 was shown three years ago. The processes of management of IT services existing today harmoniously combine the provision ITIL, the standard and also own practices.

"Last year we created model of processes of the top level. There took place four external audits, including one certified. Prepared and trained a command in our branches in Ryazan and Saratov. Now we are aimed at obtaining results of work of processes of SUIS. In 2012 we plan system implementation of management of IT services of BMC Remedy ITSM Suite that will allow us to centralize all initiatives of development of production and service maintenance. For 2012-2014 expansion of field of certification for the organization of management of key services in all branches and production units of Tbinform is planned, – Grigory Chkheidze, the chief manager of the Certification of ISO/IEC 20000-1:2005 project of Tbinform LLC tells.

Consultants of I-Teco company participate in training of specialists of Tbinform since 2009. Trainings, examinations of two branches were during this time conducted. The project was included into an active stage after determination of field of certification. At this stage specialists of the company performed development of a part of the regulating documentation, advised the customer's specialists who also developed necessary documents and carried out reengineering of processes.
