Igor Yushko is appointed the chairman of the board Sberbank the Russian Federation (Ukraine) on November 5, 2008. Earlier Igor Yushko held a position of the head of the Ukrainian national mortgage association.
Education
In 1983 graduated from Zhdanov metallurgical institute majoring in "metallurgy of ferrous metals". In 1987 graduated from the Kharkiv engineering and economic institute in "Management of industrial production". Gained the diploma of the consultant of the Western European market (Michel Institute, Germany).
Career
Igor Yushko has considerable work experience in banking sector, including as the Chairman of the board of the First Ukrainian International Bank (FUIB) to which it was appointed in 1992, from 1998 to 2002 held a position of the President of bank, since 1998 - the People's Deputy of the Supreme Council of Ukraine (the 3rd convocation), the vice-chairman of Financial committee and banking activity, from 1999 to 2006 – the member of the Supervisory board of the National Bank of Ukraine, from December, 2001 to November of the 2002nd – the Minister of Finance of Ukraine, from February, 2003 to December, 2004 worked as the Adviser to the President of Ukraine, since 2002 till present - the Honorary President of the Ukrainian national mortgage association, from 2006 to 2008 – the Chairman of the Supervisory board of NASK "Oranta", from 2004 to 2008 – the Chairman of the Supervisory board of JSB Ukrsotsbank.

He is married, four children (3 son and the daughter).
