Housing-and-municipal company of the city of Saratov (Navigator-c)

UNDS-Saratov LLC continues implementation of a GLONASS/GPS of technologies in municipal and commercial structures of Saratov and the Saratov region. At present the company implements the project on creation of the Uniform dispatching center for control and control of special equipment of city and municipal services based on the JSC Zhilishchno-kommunalnaya tekhnika enterprise.

The project is initiated by the city authorities and directed to optimization of the spent budgetary funds and also to quality improvements of the services rendered by the housing and public utilities enterprises.

Satellite technologies in the field of housing and communal services give the chance to control movements of special transport in real time, to reduce costs on fuel, the maintenance of vehicle fleets of different services. Navigation equipment also allows to exclude idle times of transport, to fix the facts of "the left runs".

Creation of the uniform navigation and information system of monitoring and control of transport will promote automation of work of municipal services of the city, will help to coordinate a route and schedules of transport, - the director of UNDS-Saratov LLC Alexey Eshirin comments. – Today transport of JSC Zhilishchno-kommunalnaya tekhnika is already equipped, connection to a centralized system of some other the municipal enterprises of Saratov is planned further.

The total quantity of transport equipped by a GLONASS/GPS the equipment will make about 250 units.
