The agreement includes service of the cash registers, diagnostics and repair of the computer equipment in all shops of perfumery and cosmetics of retail chain stores "Seven days". Service is conducted by the principle of "one window" for all shops of network and assumes providing services in the minimum terms. It helps to avoid loss of revenue by retail chain stores as a result of outage of technology. Work of service engineers is carried out also in days off and holidays.
Within cooperation "Service" will provide to CST service of more than 150 shops of Seven Days network. Geography of rendering services - 9 regions of Central Federal District.

April 09, 2015. The Maykor company continued[1] to provide technical support of IT infrastructure and the industry equipment in all 178 shops of perfumery and cosmetics of the retail chain stores "Seven days" provided in 9 regions of the CFD. The parties once again prolonged the service agreement.
Maykor is uniform service provider of technical support for retail chain stores "Seven days" since 2011. The pool of tasks includes service and repair of the cash equipment and the automated jobs, replacement of supplies and also installation, updating and a software maintenance. The decision on the next prolongation of cooperation was made on the basis of high rates of fault tolerance of the equipment serviced by Maykor throughout execution of the service contract.
