APPOINTMENT AND SCOPE

Attention! In new Construction Norms and Regulations 23-02-2003 there are no formulas and techniques specified earlier in old Construction Norms and Regulations of II-3-79 * "CONSTRUCTION HEAT ENGINEERING". In this case formulas are used and techniques are executed on Construction Norms and Regulations of II-3-79*.

The program can be used for design of enclosing structures of the new and reconstructed buildings and constructions of different function.

The ROK program ‘11 is further development of the FATE programs ‘11, FATE ‘08, FATE '07, FATE '05, FATE '04, FATE '02 and FATE' 96 in connection with introduction Construction Norms and Regulations 23-02-2003, the joint venture 23-101-2004, the joint venture 23-101-2000.

This program is used in real projects in different regions of Russia and neighboring countries since 1998. Using this program different researches of problem enclosing structures of residential and public buildings, such researches as selection of zones of possible condensation and determination of dew point temperature are executed at different operating conditions.

What new is in the ROK program '11:

• The feature for input of construction on raster (bmp) or a vector (dxf) substrate is added.

Is result of calculation of the ROK program:

• the graphics image of a temperature field of the studied construction in isotherms (lines of equal temperatures);
• average temperatures of internal and outside surfaces of an enclosing structure;
• resistance to a heat transfer of an enclosing structure (determined as well as on the basis of calculation of a temperature field, and a normal method);
• selection of zones of possible condensation (determination of dew point temperature);
• indicator of thermal stability of construction;
• indicator of heatassimilation of a surface of a floor;
• settlement and normative resistance to airpermeation (translucent and not translucent constructions);
• settlement and normative resistance to a paropronitsaniye (enclosing structures and attics).

The program includes calculation of coefficient of heattechnical uniformity of r:

• panel walls for sections of three-layer concrete structures with edges and heat-insulating inserts according to Application 13 * Construction Norms and Regulations of II-3-79 *
• panel walls for sections of enclosing structures from panels with flexible metallic bonds in combination with heater from mineral fibers or frothed plastic according to Application 13 * Construction Norms and Regulations of II-3-79 *
• for three-layer reinforced enclosing structures with effective heater on flexible metallic bonds, steel concrete splines, end-to-end and cross edges according to item 9.1.6 of the joint venture 23-101-2004

Calculation of temperature of an internal surface for heat-conducting inclusion for scheme V according to application H of the joint venture 23-101-2004 is performed.

Calculations of warm attics and cellars according to the joint venture 23-101-2004, Sections 9.2 are also added to the program. and 9.3. respectively.

The interface of the program allows to set markers of temperature and humidity in any point of construction, to issue calculation results and to bring them to the printer.

The reliability of results of calculation of temperature fields is checked in Udmurtgrazhdanproyekt Ltd according to the Directory of temperature fields of nodes of standard enclosing structures of NIISF of Gosstroy of the USSR, Moscow, SI-1980.

"The electronic normative reference' on Construction Norms and Regulations 23-02-2003, by the joint venture 23-101-2004, Construction Norms and Regulations of II-3-79 * is attached to the program, the joint venture 23-101-2000 which will allow to find quickly necessary information, to browse and print this information, contains references of determinations of values with information from other sources.

The program supports base of materials, the base of materials in limits Construction Norms and Regulations of II-3-79 * is entered, the joint venture 23-101-2000, the joint venture 23-101-2004, its editing is possible. Attention! In the joint venture 23-101-2004 the structure of base of materials and parameters of some materials are changed that can cause change of results of old calculations. The program also supports base of operating conditions on the cities of Russia and the neighboring countries, the base of operating conditions on the cities on Construction Norms and Regulations 23-01-99 is entered, its editing is possible.

The ROK program ‘11 works running the Windows 98/2000/XP/2003/Vista/Windows7 operating systems.

Now the ROK program '11 undergoes working operation in real projects.
