Beltel constructed engineering and telecom infrastructure of the new office building of NTV Broadcasting Company

The Beltel system integrator announced in January, 2012 end of the large-scale complex project for NTV Broadcasting Company within which engineering and telecommunication infrastructure of the new office building of the company was constructed.

The new office building of NTV Broadcasting Company located in Moscow on Argunovskaya Street occupies 9 floors, its total area is nearly 7000 sq.m. The Beltel system integrator which proposed the best technical solution taking into account the optimal cost and the weighed terms of execution of works was selected for execution of works on creation of engineering and telecommunication infrastructure.

The main feature of the project is complex integration of all engineering and telecommunication systems into uniform infrastructure of the building and the existing infrastructure of TV company. In development process of the project it was required to consider the following factors: rather small floor area, selected under the engineering systems, need of integration of newly created infrastructure with already existing communications at offices of NTV, a scaling option of proposed solutions of the created infrastructure for new office and production areas of TV company.

Within the organization of engineering and telecommunication infrastructure of the new building SCS and a LAN were designed, constructed and started and also systems are implemented: telephony, control and access control, security video surveillance and signaling, scheduling and control automation, fire protection, water fire extinguishing, notification and management of evacuation, collective teleacceptance, radiofikation and complex of the multimedia equipment. At creation of all listed systems were used optimal of existing today technologies and solutions, noted in Beltel.

During the project specialists of Beltel executed the full range of works including audit of the existing systems, design, supply of equipment construction and balancing and commissioning, acceptance tests of all new systems and also ensuring three-level technical support of all delivered systems which includes presence of duty specialists on an object, carrying out scheduled works on service of systems and departure of emergency crew in case of need.

From Beltel company about 70 specialists took part in project implementation.

As a result NTV Broadcasting Company received the office building equipped with the modern, functional and reliable infrastructure having a stock for expansion both functionality and quantity characteristics. New infrastructure is successfully integrated into existing.
