BIT .FINANS: Prof – the full-function solution of automation of budgeting at the enterprise. It is intended for formation of all types of budgets: Income and expense budget, BDDS, BBL. 2013: New opportunities

On October 15, 2013 The First BIT company reported making changes in the current version what significantly expanded program capabilities.

Changes affected documents:

• "Budget transaction". There was an opportunity to obtain data on exchange differences;
• "Budget entry form". The entry form of budget data became simpler;

reference book "Turnover items". The feature for the instruction the analyst, mandatory in documents of a subsystem Budgeting is added;

• "Adjustment of the budget". There was a possibility of formation of dependent turnovers. When wiring the document turnovers form according to adjusted data;
• "Request for a funds expenditure". There were possibilities of diversity of salary on managerial analysts (the CFD, projects, etc.), editing data not to consider "extra budget" requests at control of limits of the budget;
• "Workplace of operational planning of DDS". There was an opportunity to add systems given from any registers, including external systems on the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform;

The possibility of unloading in Excel of structure of an object (template) is improved. The structure is unloaded in a type, convenient for end users. Together with structure lists for the choice of values of the detail of an object are unloaded.

2014: Solution integration for management of finance is BIT .FINANS with the 1C: ERP Enterprise Management 2.0 system

The First BIT company announced in September, 2014 emergence of ability to integrate the solution for control automation by finance of BIT .FINANS with the innovation program "1C: ERP Enterprise Management 2.0" of 1C Company.

Integration of BIT .FINANS about "1C: ERP Enterprise Management 2.0" will allow the organization to expand opportunities for budgeting, management of treasury and costs, reporting according to IFRS, consolidations of the reporting in holding structures and to other areas.

At integration of two software products users will receive a full range of analytical data and also a possibility of entering of any changes into actual data on BCF (budget of cash flow). Users will be able easily to display movements of cash between bank accounts and cash desks of the organization where both the planned expense, and planned arrival of money is fixed.

"Integration of BIT .FINANS about "1C: ERP Enterprise Management 2.0" became the next step of strategy implementation of development of one of our key products.
