Property valuation of 49 million rubles with company debts of 7 billion rubles

The bankrupt pharmaceutical distributor Godovalov found property worth only 49 million rubles with company debts of 7 billion rubles. This follows from the message in the Unified Federal Register of Legally Significant Information on the Facts of the Activities of Legal Entities (Fedresurs) dated July 18, 2024.

Among the property of "Godovalov," the bankruptcy trustee of the bankrupt pharmaceutical distributor "Godovalov" Mikhail Prorovsky discovered only inventory: furniture, medical equipment, pharmaceutical products, etc., follows from the court documents of the inventory. At the same time, according to the inventory, the company does not have fixed assets (real estate, land, work equipment, etc.), transport, cash and intangible assets.

Co-owner of the pharmaceutical distributor "Godovalov" will pay the group "Protek" 500 million rubles in the case of debt collection

The Arbitration Court Moscow of the city on May 28, 2024 ruled to recover 500 million from the entrepreneur Nikolai Shavrin rubles in favor of the pharmaceutical distributor Protek. 2023: Company Liquidation Decision

On September 27, 2023, it became known about the liquidation of the Godovalov company. The decision was made at an extraordinary general meeting. The notice of liquidation appeared in the SPARK-Interfax database.

According to Vedomosti, Mikhail Berezkin, General Director of Partnership Stroy, Farmexpert and Medpharm Express, owned by Godovalov, will be responsible for the liquidation procedure.

"Godovalov" will be liquidated

DSM Group Director Sergei Shulyak considers Godovalov to be one of the largest pharmaceutical distributors in the regions - the company has representative offices in 37 regions of the Russian Federation. The company has logistics centers in Perm, Sholokhovo, Kirov, Tyumen, Novosibirsk.

However, in the first quarter of 2023, the company's financial situation deteriorated sharply - Godovalov ceased to fulfill its obligations under contracts, and in 2023 the company received 204 claims totaling 2.1 billion rubles. The largest debt of the pharmaceutical distributor is to the supplier of drugs "Pulse." The company is trying to recover more than 1 billion rubles from Godovalov.

It is important to note that Godovalov is currently participating in legal proceedings in which the company can be declared bankrupt. The lawsuit against Godovalov was filed by Eurocep, and Sberbank joined it.

According to Danil Bukharin, a lawyer at Forward Legal, the liquidation procedure is directly related to the bankruptcy lawsuit - in the event of liquidation, interested parties can appoint a person loyal to the debtor as manager, while in the "bankruptcy" procedure this is much more difficult to do. Thus, Godovalov's benificiars reduce the risk of bringing themselves to subsidiary liability.[1]
