Traffic police of Murmansk region (Cognitive Forms)

The Cognitive Technologies company signed the agreement with UGIBDD of Regional Office of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia on Murmansk region on delivery of licenses of the Cognitive Forms system within the project on creation of a system of the automated processing of resolutions on the case of administrative offense.

The UGIBDD of Regional Office of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia across Murmansk region was created in 1999 and includes 12 subordinated territorial offices. Services the territory of 145 thousand sq.km, population more than 800 thousand people and the number of the registered cars - more than 200 thousand units.

For the purpose of improvement of process of accounting of the facts elicited violations on roads and the penalties by the management traffic police of Murmansk region imposed on them the decision on implementation of an automated system of recognition and input of resolutions on the case of administrative offense was made that would allow to create on them the single database. After studying of all software solutions existing in the market the choice was stopped on the Cognitive Forms system as having most developed functionality and different simplicity of implementation and setup.

According to new organizational regulations all resolutions on the case of administrative offense made by inspectors of traffic police will come to group of administrative practice of UGIBDD of Regional Office of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia on Murmansk region and to be entered into the single database. Stream power of the implemented system will be up to 5 thousand documents a week. It is supposed that process of system implementation will be complete by March, 2012.
