The delivered hardware and software system provides effective use of computing resources, providing at the same time the highest rates of scalability due to use of IBM BladeCenter technology and allowing to increase further with ease processor capacities in compliance with perspective development of a FSIS of TP. Thanks to storage systems of DS5100 it is possible to organize high-performance and flexible data access. The telecommunication component of the solution is executed based on active equipment of Cisco, including the switches of a core of Cisco 4900M allowing to integrate a system into networks 10 Gigabit Ethernet. A program part of a complex includes software for creation of geographic information systems, the tools of developers and sets the Pitney Bowes MapXtreme component set on the Windows Server 2008R2 Enterprise operating systems.
