Certification of the equipment on Kasimovsky UPHG branch

In Gazprom UGS LLC there took place successful protection of project deliverables of certification of the equipment on Kasimovsky UPHG branch. Work which was performed by the PRAUD Group is a necessary condition of effective SAP implementation on the Management of a MRO direction.

For implementation of the strategic decisions JSC Gazprom in 2010 announced intention to implement SAP ERP according to the comprehensive program of automation. With respect thereto Gazprom UGS LLC set the task of carrying out certification of all objects of repair at all enterprises of Gazprom UGS that is a necessary condition for full implementation of ERP.

The complexity of this task was caused by the fact that at the enterprises of Gazprom UGS LLC the equipment of different producers (from the different countries), different modifications, the different degree of wear distributed in 15 territorial subjects of the Russian Federation is used. At the same time the quantity of objects of repair under the authority of Gazprom UGS LLC only on one branch reaches 75000 units, and on each of them information on tens of parameters is necessary.

Specialists of the PRAUD Group developed the software package EXPERT DP (The Automated system of data of certification) having following features:

• network access to the Single database of objects of repair with differentiation of access rights; 
• integration into GIS systems used by Gazprom UGS LLC; 
• storage and filling of data on assets of the enterprises; 
• updating of data on assets of the enterprises.

In implementation process of a pilot project on Kasimovsky UPHG branch large-scale collecting of the updated information – more than 75,000 objects of repair, the having more than 600,000 attributes was carried out to a short time. Profound classification of objects of repair and unification of NSI (normative reference information) was carried out. At the same time the format of data allows to use them at implementation of the ERP system on the SAP platform.
