The company Ansoft started project implementation of implementation industry ERP- solutions AVARDA.RetailNetwork in retail network "Master Dom".

Task

Main goal of the project - centralization of management of retail network, structurization of business processes, increase in efficiency of work with trade inventories and cost reduction of logistics.

Objectives

Using AVARDA activity of the divisions which are responsible for assortment management and pricing will be automated, processes of purchases, vendor relations, marketing programs, loyalty systems, a financial and analytical circuit are optimized.

Implementation of the block for management of trade inventories of AVARDA.InventoryManagement will allow Master Dom retail network to plan more precisely deliveries on the basis of statistics of sales and data on demand forecasting and also in the automatic mode to create supplier orders and documents for shipment from warehouse. In planning process the nature of sales of goods, seasonality and the periods of pronounced demand will be considered.

Points of sale and back-offices of Master Dom retail network will be automated using industry solution for retail networks AVARDA.RetailNetwork and will work in the single database. Responsibles of shops will be able to receive in real time from cash desks of data on sales, quickly to manage trade inventories, to carry out local inventories during the working day. Also in shops it is going to automate processes of reservation of goods, work with "soft" checks and full range of services among which there is a delivery of purchases, interior design, installation and installation of constructions.

Solution

For implementation of an assigned task data exchange between all objects of the customer using the system of replication AVARDA.ReplicationSystem allowing to receive relevance of data within 3-10 minutes even by transfer of most detailed information at the level of a line of the cash voucher will be organized. At the same time types of communication channels practically do not affect information transmission rate.
