Organization of a fire service across the Republic of Bashkortostan starts automation of personnel records by means of the PERSONNEL system. The contractor in the project Medialux company.

About the choice

Making decision on need of automation was served by the following premises:

• need for use of a modern personnel management system;
• the growing volumes of personal records of employees in paper form;
• lack of a possibility of quick search of information;

Tasks

"PERSONNEL" is problems of system implementation:

• maintaining staff list;
• maintaining personal cards;
• design of business trips;
• design of holidays;
• time keeping of working time;
• formation and maintaining orders on staff, etc.

Status

By the beginning of system implementation "PERSONNEL" storage of personal records of employees in the organization was conducted in paper form.

In the project progress:

• two PCs are connected in a local network;
• the SQL Server2008 Express Edition server is installed;
• the database for Microsoft SQL Server 2008 Express Edition DBMS is created;
• client part of software "PERSONNEL" on 2 jobs is set;
• setup of a system, filling of the basic reference books necessary to start work in a system, setup of the rights, registration of users is carried out.

Expectations

System implementation "PERSONNEL" will allow to reduce considerably time of the HR specialist for information search in the specific employee, to keep the staff list, personal cards of employees, databases on business trips, orders on staff without effort to create and print necessary reports, references, output forms.

Results

As a result of implementation the customer in the minimum terms received the system providing automation of personnel office-work.
