Novosibirsk Municipal Bank (NMB)" prolonged the agreement of technical support of IT infrastructure

JSC Novosibirsk Municipal Bank (NMB) prolonged the agreement of technical support of IT infrastructure signed with Nvision Group Ltd in 2008 in January, 2012. The high-quality services of service of bank performed by the Russian integrator provided reliable functioning of business processes of NMB that became the basis for continuation of cooperation.

"On behalf of specialists of integrator the operational division of bank received the reliable qualified assistants with the valuable knowledge base in the different questions of operation of the equipment ready to solve our problems at any time all the year round" - Nasyrov Egor, the head of department of information technologies of the Novosibirsk Municipal bank reported.

Within this project all objects set by the customer were achieved. Acceptance and registration of addresses about support were performed through automatic system of accounting of the requests Service Desk. All works and consultations were held only by the specialists certified according to the relevant decisions, and repair or replacement of the faulty equipment were executed with observance of requirements of the signed agreement. Upon termination of the next period the customer got supports the report on the done work, up-to-date information on a status of IT infrastructure and the recommendation about improvement of reliability and fault tolerance.
