The gold mining company of the Magadan region automates office-work

In December, 2011 in JSC Susumanzoloto company the pilot project of system implementation of business process management of ELMA started. A project objective is workflow automation, managements of corporate information and interaction of employees, and also automation of the basic internal processes of the company.

Now in JSC Susumanzoloto the first stage is implemented: installation and setup of a system, setup of electronic document management and training of employees and administrators.

Already in the nearest future the staff of the company will fully be able to estimate systems capabilities, and the management will be able to increase efficiency of all enterprise, automating routine transactions, and electronic document management.
