The Russian Navigation Technologies (RNT) company announced in January, 2012 end of the large project on creation of the corporate system of satellite monitoring based on GLONASS controlling work of all motor transport (about 1200 the CU of different types) SUE MO Mosoblgaz – one of the largest infrastructure enterprises of the power industry of the Russian Federation.

The state unitary enterprise of gas economy of the Moscow region SUE MO Mosoblgaz formed in 1958 during active gasification of the country operates branched gas economy of Moscow area now – the largest in Russia. Today here more than 41 thousand km work. underground gas pipelines, more than 2.7 million apartments and households, 6,200 household enterprises and also over 2,800 industrial enterprises and boiler houses are installed gas. Gas distribution networks SUE MO Mosoblgaz cover all territory of the Moscow region, and divisions and branches of the company are available in each district of Moscow region. Today in fuel balance of the Moscow region gas occupies more than 82%, and the most part of objects is supplied with natural gas, and the annual volume of its implementation exceeds 17 billion cubic meters.

For the enterprise of such level one of priority tasks is cost reduction and performance improvement. In the field of control of transport it means reduction of a run and idle times, increase in discipline of drivers, control of operating conditions of the equipment and increase in its resource and also prevention of inappropriate use of transport and different abuses, for example, of additions and fuel dump. The solution of these tasks was undertaken by the Avtotreker system exercising full and continuous control of location and movements of all motor transport SUE MO Mosoblgaz.

The high efficiency of the created solution was shown during the pilot project which showed 30% decrease in a run and fuel consumption of the CU. For the project carefully selected suppliers of electronic cartography. Information provided by the Avtotreker system was comprehensively checked, comparing to results of control arrivals of the CU. Drivers became more strict to observe the high-speed mode that reduced accident rate percent in general on the Enterprise.

This project has a number of essential features. The first is connected with the distributed structure of the company (13 branches, 74 divisions), a large number and difficult geography of subjects to control. Besides, over 100 users having different powers constantly work with a monitoring system. At last, many difficulties were connected with heterogeneity of vehicle fleet of the customer, need to ensure reliable functioning of an aircraft equipment Avtotreker at decrease in capacity and fast discharge of accumulators. So, the solution of the last task demanded making changes in the standard circuit of connection of an aircraft equipment.

Positive results of this project created premises of its development. As a priority integration of a corporate system of monitoring of transport with the different scientific systems which are applied by SUE MO Mosoblgaz is planned.

Experience of the project shows that the Avtotreker system has all necessary functionality for the solution of our current and perspective tasks".
