Balakovo mineral fertilizers implement the T ACS

The ITL Consulting company completed implementation of the automated control system for transport logistics (the T ACS) of rail transportation at the chemical company Balakovo mineral fertilizers.

The ACS of T allows to automate logistic processes of planned daily planning, cargo and commercial work and also operational work of railway transport.

"Earlier the paper rail waybill from sales office was transferred to workshop which ships products of the enterprise on a dooformleniye, then it followed in railway workshop, was supplemented with special marks and transferred in paper form to the Russian Railway station together with cars", - Oleg Andryushin, the director of transport of BMU LLC notes. - With implementation of an ACS of T we managed to exclude almost completely paper document flow, now preparation of electronic documents is made is centralized in railway workshop, and adjustment, viewing and printing are possible at any moment of and from any workplace. At the same time the commodity office receives the electronic waybill for the account of electronic exchange to the T given between an ACS and ETRAN in advance. Now before us opened an opportunity to pass to paperless technology of the document of turnover from JSC "Russian Railways" using the EDS and this problem we are going to solve in 2012".

Situations with possible overload of cars due to receipt in the system of up-to-date information by passports of cars from the systems of the Russian Railway and integration with weight are controlled also tightly".
