The Technologika company completed an implementation project of the solution Microsoft Dynamics CRM in Artbusinesslayn Group.
Background
Due to growth of business, the number of clients and need of fall forward and customer service quality, Artbusinesslayn Group was faced the need of implementation of the information system allowing to automate process of customer interaction.
After requirements analysis of the company taking into account further strategic development by specialists of Technologika proposed the solution based on Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0.
Solution
During the project business processes of the company are described and optimized, setup of the MS CRM system is made, special software modules are developed for expansion of standard systems capabilities, the documentation kit for users and system administrators is created, the training program of key users is made.
Also within the project a number of tasks of import of data, to security of information storage and a regulation of access to it is executed. The special module on integration of Microsoft Word and MS CRM which allowed the customer's specialists to develop and modify templates of printed forms independently was developed for automation of preparation of accompanying documents for the transaction.
Results
The solution on the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform allowed Artbusinesslayn advertizing agency:
- increase efficiency of sales department;
- increase the number of repeated sales;
- increase loyalty and customer service quality;
- systematize the arriving information, reduce time for processing, search and also to increase relevance of customer information in a system;
- manage process of the conclusion of the transaction, increase transparency of all process steps of sales.
