Since 1998 Andrey headed work of the directions which are engaged in development of solutions in the field of social and economic development for federal public authorities. In 2008 held a post of the deputy CEO, and in 2011 it was appointed the first deputy. Under the leadership of Andrey Selyanin a number of the software packages providing with analytical information of specialists of Presidential Administration and Government Office of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation and other federal agencies is created.
Worked in Prognoz company as the First Deputy CEO. In 2014 left to be engaged in own business. Together with it left and its command[1]. In 2015 Andrey Selyanin founded "About Ah-Ti Resource" home company.
Likes to listen to classical music, to read literature in original language and excitedly plays chess.
