Project on upgrade of a conference room of Voronezh State University

The representative office of Polymedia to Voronezh completed the project on equipping of a conference room of Voronezh State University audiovisual and interactive systems. Increase in efficiency of communicative interaction of participants of actions (meetings, business meetings and the scientific seminars) held in the university hall became a main objective of the project.

As a part of a complex of audiovisual installations Polymedia Voronezh implemented a number of subsystems, including information display systems on the basis of LCD Flame, the systems of the interactive presentation, a congress system, the system of a sinkhroperevod, ceiling speaker systems, the system of the integrated management and others. By the way, within project implementation the company for the first time carried out installation of a system of the integrated management of Crestron DigitalMedia performing intellectual signal distribution between all attached devices without change of image quality and a sound (without compression and scaling).

In the long term specialists of the company see addition of structure of a complex with subsystems of a video conferencing and documentation of meetings that will allow the university to expand considerably possibilities of internal and international communication and exchange of experience.

On December 6 the updated conference room of Voronezh State University opened the doors for a meeting of delegation of workers of the higher education of the People's Republic of China. Up to December 8 daily meetings and seminars within the visit of delegation took place in the hall equipped state-of-the-art. And already on December 9 hi-tech installations of university served as means of information visualization and comfortable communication at the enlarged meeting of council of rectors of universities of the Voronezh region with participation of the governor of the region and Chinese delegation.
