M2M Telematics equipped with GLONASS equipment school buses in the Ryazan region

The regional partner of M2M Telematics Group - "M2M Telematics Ryazan" - announced project completion on equipment of school buses GLONASS equipment. At the moment in Ryazan and the Ryazan region the navigation and coherent equipment is installed on 312 units of school transport that makes 100%. The project is implemented at the initiative of the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Transport and Roads of the Ryazan region.

Main objective of implementation of GLONASS technologies – increase in safety of transportations of school students due to constant control of movement of vehicles and reduction of time of reaction in case of unforeseen situations. The GLONASS equipment installed on buses allows to control in real time the movement of buses on route and observance by drivers of the high-speed mode. Responsible persons can control the current location and a status of the bus and also quantity and the general distance in kilometers of the runs made by it. The two-way public address system and the disturbing button are included in the package of the navigation and coherent equipment.

For control information on movement of school transport in real time comes to Administration of state vehicular control for the Ryazan region, the Ministry of Transport and Roads of the Ryazan region, Management of formations of municipal districts of the Ryazan region. It is going to provide in addition in the nearest future navigation information in all organizations of education which the school buses equipped with the GLONASS equipment have and are responsible for delivery of school students to places of training and also in Emercom of Russia across the Ryazan region.
