The Sanlayns contact center was created in 2011. At the moment the company renders a broad spectrum of outsourcing services, as on entering, and to outgoing projects: virtual office, voice menus (IVR), hotline, room service 8-800, automatic notification, updating of databases, questioning, polls, telemarketing, purpose of meetings, work with receivables, promotion of goods and services, secret buyer (quality evaluation of service) and many others. Besides "Sanlayns" offers services of lease of jobs and bulk mailings of faxes and the SMS.

"Before opening of outsourcing contact center we carefully approached the choice of a hardware and software system for ensuring functioning. The set of options was considered: from free program to enough expensive hardware solutions, - Oleg Bolshakov, the CEO of "Sanlayns" tells. - The functionality of the solution allowing to implement all needs of our future customers was the main criterion, of course, namely: convenient routing of calls with a possibility of changes "on the fly", fast configuring of IVR, ample opportunities of display of statistics and other. The important role when choosing was played also by the cost of the solution taking into account the subsequent expansion. As a result of the careful analysis we stopped on the hardware and software system Infinity as on the most optimal solution".

According to Oleg Bolshakov, at a stage of development of the business plan the company management defined that one of competitive advantages of call center is the possibility of development of integration solutions with information systems of future customers. And, according to him, the solution Infinity completely provided this opportunity: "Open and documentary program interfaces, program components and also work of technical support, ready to development, allow to implement integration practically of any complexity. Already now we develop the powerful system of personal accounts providing to customers the complete information on holding campaigns; for some customers integration with their own information systems is implemented. All this was implemented thanks to opportunities of the hardware and software system Infinity".

The list of the interesting implemented Sanlayns projects constantly is replenished, also as well as the range of the rendered services, in particular is now conducted system development for access to personal accounts with tablets on the platform Apple iOS (iPad).
