Details
Implementation automates the following sections of work:
- Pricing and management of product cost.
Thanks to regulation of all production processes of printing house, managers when calculating receive cost value of the order at a stage of its preliminary coordination with the client. The program considers a large number of technology processes including manual transactions. The management of printing house is sure that managers, using the automation system "1C: Operational printing 8", will not forget and "will not lose" any transaction, costs for which then will negatively affect final cost value of the order, at order placement.
- Calculation and management of polygraphic orders.
Calculation of polygraphic orders is completely automated now. If earlier in printing house all more or less difficult orders went at first to technologists to printing house to studying and study of technology process, then now need for it practically disappeared. With rare exception calculation and registration are performed at office of the company, and the ready process chart where all transactions are reflected goes to production. For acceleration of calculation of orders by managers the system of templates in which all technology transactions executed by printing house are considered is used.
- Management of warehouse stocks.
Automation of an inventory control allowed to monitor in real time availability of materials and to perform their reservation under the specific order. Technologists of printing house during the receiving and order placement in production see in a system that material is reserved and is in a warehouse.
- Document management.
Senior managers and heads of printing house obtain in electronic form data on the orders taken in production where all structure of the order is in details painted: material cost and works, all technology transactions. It gives the chance to completely control observance and an order of technology transactions and consequently excludes errors on production and defects. Thanks to the system of reports, the company management has an opportunity to quickly obtain data on different indicators of activity of the enterprise: to accomplishment of production plans, sales volume, receivables and payables, cash flows by different articles of accounting.
Opinion
Elena Yepifanova, commercial director of Taro Group LLC: "For us the most valuable in "1C: Operational printing" is a transparent pricing and an opportunity to keep track of cost value of our orders and, respectively, to manage the cost of finished goods. I consider that such problem as operational assessment of product cost, is inherent to all small enterprises, - at least, polygraphic which have rather big park of the different equipment. With "1C: Operational printing 8" to us is possible to keep track of structure of pricing, to understand how much is each transaction and as cost value forms. From here - reasonable management of all economy of production and competitive prices for our clients".
