Owner of the Norwegian company Think Global. Founder and chairman of the board of directors of Z1 Investment Group.

Was born in 1959 in the city of Sebezhe, the Pskov region, Russia.

1981 - graduated from the Leningrad Institute of Technology of pulp and paper industry[4].
Career
1981 - the mechanic on the Kondopoga pulp and paper mill.
1985 - the master of cardboard workshop at the Leningrad cardboard factory (now - the St. Petersburg PDA).
1989 - the production director at the Leningrad cardboard factory. Chairman of trade-union committee of factory.
1991 - the cofounder and the CEO of Tekhnoferm company.
1992 - the cofounder of the Ilim Pulp corporation created based on Tekhnoferm.
1993 – the cofounder and the CEO of Fintsell Ltd.
1997 – left the list of founders of Fintsell Ltd[5].
till 2000 - the deputy CEO of Ilim Pulp corporation, dealt with issues of operational management.
2000 - the board member of Ilim Pulp corporation.
2002-2003 - the head process of restructuring of Ilim Pulp corporation, creation of product business units and formation of general strategy of business.
2003 - headed the Corporate University project of Ilim Pulp corporation, having initiated the large-scale program of preparation of a talent pool, development of corporate culture and internal communications.
2007 - the board member of JSC Ilim[6]
Social and political activity
2011 -[7] took part in a working breakfast of the Russian President Dmitry Medvedev and the German chancellor Angela Merkel with representatives of the Russian and German business community[7]
