VIDEOCONFERENCING of Videomost in infomats of Rostelecom

In 2012 Spirit and Rostelecom companies signed the contract for implementation of the VideoMost VIDEOCONFERENCING software product in infokomunnikatsionny terminals (infomats) for access to the uniform portal of public services www.gosuslugi.ru.

Thanks to VideoMost infomats of Rostelecom provide video and voice calls of citizens with call center operators, servicing the uniform portal of state services. Voice and video conference is performed on VoIP technology that provides the low cost of operation for the operator. VideoMost also includes the software for work of full-fledged contact center with support of video calls.

The first batch of the terminals which are already released and equipped with the VKS system is already set in different regions of the country.

Infomats are installed in the centers of public access within creation of infrastructure of "the electronic government". Using infocommunication terminals residents of Russia can receive all available public services of federal, regional and municipal level in electronic form via the uniform portal of public services.

Infomats are equipped with touch screens, bill acceptors, plastic card readers, check printers; video cameras, microphones and the sound systems for video and audio communication.

Video conference does not exhaust by world-best HD quality of video conference and support of all popular platforms, including Windows, Mac, Linux and iOS – Andrey Sviridenko, the chairman of the board of Spirit says. – Our software product is developed counting upon integration and with telephone networks, and with billing systems.
