Automation of MTS cellular shop

The ClientSoft company completed automation of franchasing cellular shop MTS. The new salon shop MTS opened at the end of October to the address: Moscow, Krasnobogatyrskaya St., vl. 92. By the opening day of shop 2 jobs (automated workplace) are automated: 1 automated workplace, combining in itself functions of the seller-cashier and the merchandiser, and 1 automated workplace of the accountant.

The ClientSoft company offered the Customer the hardware and software system which allowed to automate "turnkey" cellular shop. For automation the front - and a back office of shop was selected the specialized software product "1C: Retail 8. Shop of home appliances and means of communication". The product is specially developed for this industry and allows to automate both standard, and specific business processes in cellular shop, according to wishes of the Customer and requirements of the legislation. For automation of problems of accounting the Customer purchased the universal software product "1C: Accounting 8 PROF". Jobs of employees are also completed with a necessary retail store equipment.

The implemented system allows to automate the following business processes in cellular shop: · sales of goods and services; · execution of checks of sale; · cash receipt from buyers; · return of goods from buyers; · sale of sets of goods; · goods receipt from suppliers on a warehouse of shop; · inventory of goods; · registration of serial numbers of goods in documents of acceptance, implementation and warehouse documents; · use of inventory (piece) goods with control of single quantity at a prikhodovaniye, movement, implementation; · a possibility of use of the specialized Trade-in mechanism for exchange of old products on new with surcharge; · a design of a guarantee for the sold goods and printings of the warranty card, including on own forms; · accounting of goods under repair: goods control accepted in repair, transferred to the third-party service centers and issued in substitution; · assignment of the statuses: "Cut-price goods", Defective goods.

Within the project specialists ClientSoft performed works on installation and a software setup and a retail store equipment in workplaces, rendered consulting services in work in an automated system for sellers-cashiers, the merchandiser and the accountant. Further the Customer is going to develop own franchasing network of MTS retail stores and to automate new salons based on already implemented solution.
