Need for automation
The field of activity of the enterprise imposes increased requirements to quality and efficiency of accounting. Substantially it is connected with special control of accounting of excises from the checking instances and also with tough terms of delivery of the industry and regulated reporting. Therefore the management of the enterprise always paid and pays special attention to issues of automation of all business processes at the enterprise.
The information system which was used at the enterprise earlier allowed to keep accounting of the main economic transactions, accounting of production processes and also to plan production and purchases. At the same time a system had a number of shortcomings. In particular, it is weak support of the Russian legislation, existence of the problems connected with performance and some technical restrictions and also the inconvenient mechanism of reporting. With respect thereto the management of the enterprise made the decision on replacement of an information system.
After the analysis of offers in the market of automated systems the plant's management made the decision on implementation of an information system on the basis of the industry software product "1C:Enterprise 8. Alcoholic beverage and winery" on the 1C: Enterprise 8.2 platform. As the partner in the project of automation the Balance-Service company was selected (1C: Franchisee, Competence Center on production, Izhevsk).

Software product "1C:Enterprise 8. Alcoholic beverage and the winery" is the complete solution covering the main guidance loops and accounting at the enterprise which is engaged in production and also wholesale and retail sale of alcoholic products.
The program is developed on the basis of the standard application solution "1C:Enterprise 8. Management of manufacturing enterprise" also supports all its mechanisms allowing to organize the unified information system for management of different aspects of activity of the enterprise. System implementation allows the plant to work quickly with customers, to conduct the automated calculation of calculations on products, to plan raw material stocks and materials, to manage production and its loading and also orders, sales and stocks of finished goods, to increase efficiency of managers and personnel.
The program capabilities caused by industry specifics provide accounting of batches of alcoholic goods, special brands and excises, registration of operations on marking of tovaromaterialny values, production management of alcoholic products, the cost accounting and cost accounting.
Maintaining the reference book of types of excisable products and also the list of licenses of partners is provided in a system. Calculation of the amounts of excises is executed automatically when forming documents according to current settings of a normative and help subsystem. Selection of the amounts of the entering excises in documents for receipt and offset of these amounts are also executed automatically.
The amounts of excises are registered and traced in a system throughout all production cycle. The special magazine is applied to accounting of agreements with partners on supply of alcoholic products. When forming documents selection of products with the simultaneous indication of batches, special brands and dates of pouring is possible.
Classification of alcoholic products in a normative and help subsystem corresponds to the current legislation. In a system receipt of alcoholic products in production is registered and its movement during all production cycle is monitored. For simplification of work "The assistant to calculation of blends" and "The assistant to calculation of waterless alcohol" are provided in a subsystem Production management.
In the program the complete set of the federal regulated reporting for the enterprises occupied with production and implementation of alcoholic products is implemented. Developers support the reporting in current status.
The set of the federal reporting includes, in particular, "The declaration on alcohol turnovers", statistical reporting, "The summary report on production volumes and turnover of ethyl alcohol and alcoholic products. Data on a goods turnover" on f. No. 8 of alcohol, "The tax declaration on excises on the alcoholic products sold from excise warehouses of the wholesale organizations" and "The tax declaration on excises on excise goods except for oil products, tobacco products and the alcoholic products sold from excise warehouses of the wholesale organizations".
In a system data exchange with the Unified State Automated Information System (USAIS) is implemented.
Project of automation
Implementation of an information system began in April, 2011. In the course of execution of works on the project all main business processes of the enterprise on sections of purchase, inventory accounting, production, pricing, sale and planning were automated. Accounting and tax accounting was also automated.
Today the staff of administration, accounting, sales office, department of supply, economical department, production and warehouse economy work at the enterprise in the unified information system. About 50 jobs are in total automated.
Results of automation
Industry features of alcoholic beverage production are reflected in a new information system and also numerous requirements of the management and the staff of the enterprise are considered. As a result of system implementation time necessary for processing and the statement of documents was reduced, the quantity of errors at the statement of primary documents decreased.
Staff of the enterprise had great opportunities for information analysis. So, for example, a system allows to analyze receivables by terms of emergence and delay of payments and also to carry out the summary and detailed analysis of sales by types of products, their directions and divisions. Data acquisition about dynamics of sales for any period and the analysis of accounts payable on agreement types – on types of service and the received Inventories is provided. The reports allowing to analyze structure of cost value of the turned-out products and also to receive a financial result on each partner and according to each transaction are very demanded at the enterprise.
The procedure of closing of the periods became simpler and accelerated. Allocation of costs and cost accounting of the turned-out and goods sold are executed completely automatically now.
The regulated reporting is prepared and given timely.
The procedure of formation of planned calculations is configured. At their receiving the structure of a product, including a compounding on all semi-finished products, raw material prices and component parts, standards of losses, indirect costs and structure of cost value are considered.
A new system helps heads of structural divisions and the director of the enterprise to control all important economic and economic indicators of activity of the enterprise.
