The center of the state order in the field of health care of Altai Krai implements EDMS Case

The center of the state order in the field of health care of Altai Krai started system implementation of electronic document management "CASE".

Solution

Health facility "Center of the state order in the field of health care of Altai Krai" purchased licenses of an electronic document management system "CASE" and subsystems of "DELO-WEB". Delivery and installation of systems are performed by the partner of EOS Group – KS-Consulting LLC (Barnaul).

Selection

Relying on successful results of workflow automation using the CASE system in other public institutions of Altai Krai, the leaders of "The center of the state order in the field of health care of Altai Krai", made the decision on implementation of EDMS "DELO" at the enterprise. The choice of the contractor for a work on workflow automation for benefit of KS-Consulting LLC was based on extensive work experience of the company in the field of public institutions, including more than ten years of development and technical support of EDMS of Administration of Altai Krai".

Result

During implementation in the Center of the state order 10 jobs of EDMS "DELO" were set. For solution of the problem of the organization of work in the mode of remote access, 25 jobs of a subsystem of "DELO-WEB" were set. Thus, the staff of organization, even being out of office, have an opportunity to be connected to EDMS and to work fully with documents and instructions.
