The Higher School of Economics implements the portal of association of graduates

The Asteros company developed an informational portal of Association of graduates of Higher School of Economics.

Solution

The architecture and design of the portal are designed and implemented by Asteros company using the principles of social networks. The solution is deployed on the eFront Community Edition platform. It provides compatibility of the portal with the applications existing in the HSE, including with a training management system (LMS).

The portal allows to submit applications for participation in grants and in master classes, to notify on the forthcoming events, to register in actions, to order the admission, to publish and comment on information materials. Graduates can exchange messages, photos and video, to report news, to conduct surveys and votes, and thanks to integration with LMS – to take professional development course. In the future graduates will be able to publish vacancies and the summary and to quickly find new opportunities for the career due to integration of the portal into the HeadHunter platform (hh.ru).

"Development of science is impossible without succession of generations and close communication in a circle of supporters. Both the university, and his graduates are interested in preserving of friendly and business relations. The new portal will help graduates to adjust and support a professional and personal contact, to use them for development of the career and business. The management of university will be able to involve graduates in activity of the university more actively.
