YUGRA-Leasing started the information system Microsoft Dynamics AX

In YUGRA-LEASING company the project of automation on the Microsoft Dynamics AX platform came to the end. In total for half a year together with AXELIT of the company it was succeeded to implement the full-function leasing solution of the class ERP.

For the purpose of creation of the complex information management system business used the ready-made full-function leasing solution AXELIT on the Microsoft Dynamics AX platform with settings under specifics of business processes of YUGRA-LEASING company. The command was faced by a problem of creation of a common information space of the company based on an accounting system, managements, the analysis and the reporting of an ERP class in most short time. Key advantages when choosing for benefit of AXELIT were the high industry competence of the company and the maximum volume of the "entering" functionality, flexibility and scalability of a system. At implementation of the project the know-how of the selected integrator – a possibility of the remote implementation of the ERP system for regional customers minimizing traveling expenses was actively used.

During the project were automated: precontractual the block, CRM, a tracker unit of transactions, treasury and communication with the client bank, the credits and budgeting, financial accounting and the analysis. As a result of setup in the system of several tens printed forms it was succeeded to solve an essential problem of reduction of manual work by preparation of a document package.
