Yota gave payroll calculation on an autsoring

The Skartel company (Yota brand) transferred to outsourcing payroll for all the 1.2 thousand employees in five Russian cities. UCMS became provider of service.

Yota transferred settlement processes of the salary and personnel administration to outsourcing of UCMS Group company, including preparation and submission of reports to state bodies.

Now the last will perform the corresponding calculations for all 1.2 thousand employees of mobile operator who work at offices of Moscow, St. Petersburg, Krasnodar, Sochi and Ufa. For what term the outsourcing contract is signed, the parties do not open. Its budget is also not disclosed, told TAdviser in UCMS.

As Sergey Kessel the commercial director of UCMS Group of the CIS explained TAdviser, before transition to outsourcing salary in Yota was calculated at offices of the company in Moscow and St. Petersburg the staff of the company, and the operator had no uniform protsessinogovy center. As for a HRM system, it remained the same and the staff of UCMS will continue to work in it. The name software is also not called.

Yota has 1200 employees and a set of non-standard business processes so the operator got rid of a headache, having reported all payroll to outsourcing 

According to Kessel, for Skartel the task "was the main motive to transition to outsourcing of the salary be focused on profile activity". "Non-core activity in the conditions of fast changing and development of the company takes away many forces", - he explained. Sergey Kessel also added that he an alternative to outsourcing of Skartel could consider outstaffing, the similar scheme which main difference, however, is the lack of transfer of responsibility to service provider. 

As for economic advantages of outsourcing model to Skartel, so far nothing is told about them. However, Sergey Kessel noted that in most cases for the large companies upon transition to outsourcing of costs "if decrease, then it is not really essential, the main prize of similar projects – in transfer of responsibility and obtaining competence".

By experience of UCMS, for large holding of costs on the maintenance of the protsessinogovy center and outsourcing are comparable: costs for outsourcing seldom exceed 110-115% of the cost of an internal resource. But the quality of function when outsourcing grows, and risks, respectively, decrease. One more plus for the young companies – lack of problems with scalability.

Aliya Sultanova, the head of UCMS Group Russia customer service department, told TAdviser that the contract with Yota seriously differs from other projects of this sort.

The main feature is inclusion in a service package of direct communication with the staff of Skartel that usually in outsourcing projects does not become. This function is implemented using a single system of interaction by e-mail. According to Aliya Sultanova, in Yota "any conventional process is not standard on accomplishment of rather other projects", and many tasks are set on accomplishment "in enough short time".

"Happens that the client expects accomplishment of a task the next several minutes whereas for outsourcing it is peculiar to work in other terms", - she told. This moment managed to be permitted, having picked up for service of Skartel a special command "In work with the Yota project we found enormous experience …. Actually we created new model of rendering services", - Aliya concluded.
